I understand that my signature signifies that the Knox County Fair Board will not be
responsible for any injury caused during the event that is received by my child   or   me.

In the event of an emergency, I understand that first aid will be administered.  I further
understand that in case of serious injury or illness, parent or guardian will be notified; but if it
is impossible to contact us/ them, I hereby give permission to the physician selected to
hospitalize, secure proper treatment for and to order injection.  

I understand that there will be a designated washing area assigned by the Fair Board, which
is the only place I will be allowed to clean up on the Fair grounds.
